Smelting process:
● The combination of mechanical stirring and gas stirring, in order to remove the oxide impurities in the magnesium liquid, the refining process makes the magnesium liquid to produce a smooth circulation flow, so that the oxidation inclusions in the magnesium solution is fully absorbed by the refining agent, and then precipitated at the bottom of the crucible. The amount of refining agent used is more than 40 percent less than traditional melting furnaces
● Using gas mixing furnace technology, this technology greatly improves the purity of magnesium alloy. At present, the common SF6+N2
● Our company has successfully adopted the three-drag one or four-drag one-melting mode. According to the specific needs of customers, we use three gas or resistance heating melting furnaces for one resistance heating and insulation standing furnace, or four gas or resistance heating and insulation melting furnaces for one resistance heating and insulation standing furnace. This melting and insulation mode has the best energy-saving effect;
● Gas melting furnace is controlled by PLC double regenerative waste heat utilization system, which can save energy by 25-30% compared with traditional gas
● The melting furnace and the holding furnace work independently. The magnesium liquid of the melting furnace is transported to the holding furnace through the U-shaped infusion tube which can be heated. The magnesium liquid of the holding furnace is transported to the ingot casting machine, semi-continuous casting machine or magnesium plate binding machine through the quantitative system, which realizes the safe and efficient automatic melting production.
